What plans have you got for this fabulous long weekend? I think I’m going shopping! How predictable, heh. ;P
I’ve been reading lately, so you can expect a book review post coming up soon. Besides the usual Chanel stuff, I’ve also started reading the Agatha Raisin series by M.C. Beaton. Over the past three days, I read Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire, and I watched the film yesterday. Now I wonder why I ever stopped reading!
So, some of you may have noticed a photo of a Soap & Glory sticker uploaded on my Facebook page about two weeks ago… here’s what it’s all about! :) A surprise parcel from the very lovely folks at Soap & Glory’s London HQ (*waves at Kendall*), for me! I love stickers – the parcel was adorned with Soap & Glory stickers, peppered with wit and humour in that endearing Soap & Glory fashion. :)
I lifted the box cover, and there it was, tissue paper in a shade that screams Soap & Glory! The house of PINK that we all know and love. :)
Are you ready for the reveal?!

Ta-daa! Nestled amongst pink paper cushion are miniatures of some of Soap & Glory’s bestsellers – The Righteous Butter, Hand Food, and Flake Away. And… there’s Puck, the cute rubber duck! :)) Sorry, what’s that you’re saying? Oh, the huge question mark over the mosaicked item? It’s a secret, for now! I can tell you though, that it’s something really awesome and which has not yet hit our local Sephora shelves. It will do so in June, and that’s when I will publish my detailed review of it. I’ve been wanting to try this product… I’m thrilled to write the review for you, so stay tuned! ;)
Tucked in a corner of the box, is a handwritten note from Kendall. I absolutely ❤ handwritten letters and notes because, seriously, how many of us still put pen to paper when we can easily text or email one another? When we absolutely must send letters (in cases of official correspondence), we simply type and print them out. So this, I appreciate very much. :)
Thank you Kendall, and everyone at Soap & Glory, for doing such a great job, making sure that everything runs so smoothly, and for this pleasant surprise! In the meantime, I shall be reviewing the rest of the products and taking Puck on some adventures. Whee!
